Here we have a 4" scale Ruston Proctor SD tractor. She is made to the LSM published design, and makes a nice sized model. On the small side for a 4", but bigger than the largest 3" engine, it's a manageable thing, but of a good enough size to comfortably drive around the rally field.
This one is in all round good mechanical condition. It's been a used engine, and as such isn't in what you might call 'exhibition' condition (!), but that said, it's certainly tidy enough and detailed enough to look the part. The boiler is steel, and it can come with a normal 2 year Northern fed hydraulic and a full annual steam cert ready to play. There is the usual crank shaft water pump with footplate mounted bypass pump and an injector. Lubrication is the normal mechanical job on the top.
The pics tell the story, but a nice model that would see you catching the rally season this year.
